Shanna is a Massage Therapist, Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist with over thirteen years of experience.
Shanna is trained in the Dr. Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and recertifies every two years. She has extensive experience working with lymphedema, lipedema, and post-orthopedic/cosmetic surgeries. She also provides complete decongestive therapy and lymph taping.
Shanna’s massage therapy treatments are goal-oriented and custom-tailored to each client. She uses a variety of techniques that include relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, acupressure point therapy, trigger point therapy, and myofascial cupping.
Shanna’s home-based clinic is located in Auburn Bay in southeast Calgary.
